8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the service being fully digital and accessible immediately upon signup, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Users are granted full platform access at the time of purchase. By proceeding, you waive the right to any refund once access is granted—even in cases of non-use, dissatisfaction, or duplicate purchase.

If you initiate a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend your account and submit logs and usage data to the payment processor as proof of digital delivery and agreement to these terms.

9. Chargeback Policy

By using this service, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

We maintain detailed logs of:

• When and how you accepted the Terms
• Your activity within the App
• Communication history with support

Any chargeback filed in contradiction to these terms may be challenged with this data and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
